Free Surface Treating Evaluations in our Laboratory or at Your Facility

Enercon offers free laboratory trials to determine which surface treating technology is best suited for your application. Our technology experts will put your samples to the test using the latest plasma & flame surface treating technologies and advanced diagnostic equipment. 

In our controlled lab environment we use diagnotic tools used to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment include measurements of dyne level, peel adhesion strength, contact angle, and changes in free surface energy including polar and dispersive components.

For each product & technology tested you will receive a comprehensive report. Treated samples can also be shipped back to you for additional testing. 

You are also welcome to visit Enercon and personally attend lab trials. At our facility you can consult with our application engineers, see how each plasma technology operates, and gain an understanding of how various lab diagnostic equipment measures changes in surface energy.
