Semi-automatic induction cap sealer prevents leaks

Make Scents trusts the production reliability Enercon's table top induction sealer and product support.
Makes Scents is a packager of specialty fragrance oils. They were recently in need of a packaging solution to prevent their products from leaking during shipping. Induction sealing offered an economical way to prevent leaks with a hermetic seal.
Makes Scents took advantage of Enercon's free laboratory sample testing in their laboratory which proved Enercon’s table top, semi-automatic induction sealer was ideal for their application. According to the company’s owner, "The induction sealer was vital to our packaging operation. With orders flying in as fast as we could fulfill them, we recognized we should have a back-up induction sealer. Instead of going with what I knew in the quality and consistency of the Enercon, I found a price I couldn't resist for an induction sealer.
"The result was less than spectacular. The machine was a piece of junk. It was actually horrifying; as in addition to poor performance: there was no support available for the product either. We quickly disposed of the cheap induction sealer and contacted Enercon for a second system. We just set it up and it does what it's supposed to. Our packaging, and in particular the induction seal, are critical for earning repeat business."
How Enercon Asia Pacific’s table top sealer works
Simply plug the system into a standard wall power outlet and it is ready to operate. Set the timer to the number of seconds the container requires for a strong and secure seal and adjust the sealing head to the appropriate height for the container to be sealed. Place container under the sealing head and activate the sealing head with the supplied foot switch. As the timer counts down to zero, sealing energy is applied into the liner to create the seal. When starting our always inspect the first few containers for seal quality. Adjust cap torque and sealing time until good seals are achieved. With the correct settings and cap torque, seals will be secure and consistent.
